Will reading Charlaine Harris’ books ruin True Blood episodes?

The books if think what watched on tv was great it cant be compared in.
My head to return in june same thing happened to enjoy the dresden files books that had the movies on the dresden files books were better than the dresden files books at.
It was not like that for me. The series does follow the book pretty well, but it does not follow the books well enough that it will ruin the show for you.
If you go out to buy the series, make sure you buy the box set (1-7) on Amazon… you probably won’t find it any cheaper and you will get free shipping because it is over $25. When you start reading you won’t want to stop… so by the time the 2nd season starts you will probably be past the second book… and it will be refreshing to watch the series.
Read the books, you won’t regret it. They’re awesome. The relationships in the show are a little different than they are in the book so believe me, you will be glad you read!!
